Announcements

The June Mission Focus is Lamoille Home Health & Hospice.  They provide a variety of services that allow clients to receive quality care at home. Through skilled nursing and rehab programs, they provide quality care after hospital stays or even in place of hospital stays. Through Choices for Care, they provide long-term care services that allow older adults to age at home, which most prefer to long-term care facilities. Care at home is often the most efficient and least expensive care.  The Mission Moment will be Sunday, June 16th.  They are always looking for volunteers and donations.  Stay tuned for other opportunities to help and please see website for more information.

Are you looking for a rewarding experience? Consider becoming a Hospice Volunteer. Hospice volunteers provide much needed comfort to those who are receiving or in need of hospice services. Volunteers play a vital role in hospice care and are trained to understand the needs of the terminally ill patient. Volunteers also play an active role in providing respite for patient caregivers as the needs of the hospice patient can be great. Volunteers offer companionship to the patients and understanding to their caregivers. Please contact Charlene at 802-888-4561 or ccamire@lhha.org. Space is limited.

Save the Dates:

A special congregational meeting and brunch is scheduled for Sunday, June 23rd, directly after the 9:30am worship service. All members and friends of the church are warmly welcomed to join a presentation and discussion of a potential capital campaign. Following the presentation, Stowe Community Church members will have the opportunity to vote on whether to move forward with a public campaign.
